Choose and assign
Review the nine holidays listed below and decide which ones to celebrate with your leadership team or staff wellbeing committee. Assign a point person for each celebration, confirm what supplies are needed, and print the included signs and tags for each chosen date.

Give staff a heads-up
Send a monthly preview to your staff so they know what's coming. Include any dates where they're invited to participate (like a dress-up day or a mug swap) so they can prepare.

Prep the day before
Gather supplies, set out decorations, and print any remaining materials the day before each celebration so the morning runs smoothly.

Celebrate
Run the activity, post the sign, set out the treats, and enjoy it with your team.
