A simple snack cart activity that brings appreciation straight to your staff. Load up a cart with chips, pretzels, and other grab-and-go treats, then roll through the building reminding your team they're truly "all that and a bag of chips."

Mini bags of chips, crackers, or pretzels
Mini bottles of water
Printed sign
Cart, wagon, or rolling bin

Plan and load up
Pick up a variety pack of mini chips, pretzels, and crackers a day or two ahead, and grab mini water bottles to round it out. The morning of, arrange everything on the cart so it is easy to grab, and print and prop up the "You're All That and a Bag of Chips!" sign at the front so staff see the message as you roll in.

Map your route
Plan a path that covers the whole building. Include the front office, custodial staff, kitchen, and anyone who does not have a traditional classroom.

Roll through and connect
Stop by different areas of the building and let staff pick out a treat. Take a few minutes to visit classrooms, offices, and common spaces as you make your rounds.
